The apartment was fab really mod and clean and comfortable

Excellent location, about 4 mins drive from UCD, great parking, quiet location just mins walk for good bus routes into Dublin City Centre. Apt was spotless, with everything you could need for a short or longer term stay. Beds very comfortable, Excellent shower....we were all very happy with our stay.

Nice place very clean even got lift but only people at a time.
Lift was to small so if us took stairs.
There was some broken items in the aprtment what we took pictures of because we didn't do it.

Nice location rooms where good.
Shower had no hot water, and flooded. Spoke to another guest who was checking out, she confirmed the same from her room. Bit of a let down considering the bathroom was nice and modern.
Was quite up until around 4am seemed to be a fair amount of noise from other rooms. Sound quality was not great.
Had a leak in the main rooms radiator which had caused some damage to the floor. Seemed to be there awile.
