Location is simply perfect - 5 min from train station, right by the ferry and 3 min to center of the village. View was also great!
The apartment needs some updating - shower barely works, everything is quite dated, beds are very old and in general apartment needs some renovation. WiFi wasn't working either.

Location was just infront of the lake. Was a spacious apartment with dining and living area with 2 bedrooms. They had taken care of all our possible needs. Great value for money. No hotel could have given us this much space combined with excellent location.
It was a good experience . Before this we were put up in hilton venice and after bella varenna again we stayed in a 5 star hotel in pontresina. So comparing also we had a great stay in Bella Varenna.

This property is managed by a professional company so there was no personal interaction with the owner, all communication was via chats and emails. The property was decent, a great location, good space. All the furniture was okay, the closets were filled with storage so one of the room felt like living in a storage room. The main issue I had was that Internet was not working and they did not seems to care. The offered me some credit for the internet, which itself became a huge hassle so I stop waiting for it. The company has sent me proof that money was sent, but I never received it. I will say this though they were very responsive to any emails or chat messages and location was great (close to train and ferry).
