Location, conveniently located next to Woolworth. Food is good at the restaurant.
The room cleaning staff could be friendlier. I suppose it is rated 3 stars, that's how it is. I would have rated it 2 or 2.5 stars.

Location was great. I did not dine at the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
I had trouble using the tv. The remote was confusing, so I could not use it.

The veranda was wonderful to sit on and watch the traffic go by. Also, the fireplace in the bar was great and nice and warm and cozy. The location is marvelous.
I waited at the reception for close to 20 minutes for someone to come and serve me to let us into our room

I didn't know about breakfast....check out was easy staff were friendly room was clean ...
As you walk down the hall there is a bump that i almost fell over...Some kind of signals would have been nice
