Needs improvement, but okay for the price

Perfect location. Good value for the very low price. Spacious room, good kitchen facilities, comfy bed.

Shower had no drain, so every time you shower it flooded the bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom so stayed wet for hours. Outdoor area could have been cleaner, it was not somewhere you wanted to sit.

A wonderful accommodation in a splendid little town

The studio is great: clean, spacious, with a balcony and a good shower. The owners are lovely and friendly and the town is very picturesque. There are nice tavernas close to the accommodation and the atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil. There are some nice beaches about 3km away and it's possible to work there.

I kept hitting my head on the ceiling in the bedroom because the studio is on two floors and the second floor ceiling is quite low. But it was ok, there is not much brain to be damaged anyway! :-)

Great budget accommodation in a cool little village

Great budget accommodation in a cool little village which we really enjoyed. The apartment is cozy, but fully functional, and it was reasonably cool despite the high temperatures at the time we were there. That said, the A/C was very useful on the hottest days! The kitchen is small but fully equipped even for people who would like to cook bigger meals. The shared washing machine is a huge bonus, as are the mosquito nets which are generally not available in budget rooms. Sheets and towels were changed every three days, which was more than adequate.

A shower curtain would have been a great addition, though having a mop was very useful to dry the bathroom floor.

Pleasant

Location near the Port and a supermarket and resturant in the centre of a nice Village. Staff very nice.

Room Is a little small. The bathroom Is small too and when you make a shower the water run into the bathroom.

fantastic stay

Ormos is a beautiful little village with very relaxed and friendly vibe. Jimmy’s place feels exactly like that and is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Perfectly located and surrounded with garden filled with trees and therefore always a pleasant refuge from the sun and the heat. The garden also hosts cats which make the stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Everyone we met was super nice, we were always greeted with a smile and nothing was a problem. Landlady was extremely helpful with any kind of situation matter and unbelievably efficient. Thank you for everything we are surely coming back!! <3

The only thing that we would like to see next time is that you find some vegan cheese for us so we can enjoy pizzas in your restaurant Pizza Cave too :)

Amazing stay with incredible owners

Really enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s. I have never seen owners so kind and sweet as these people (Jimmy, Mike (son)). All the scooters were rented out in the village, so Jimmy called a rental service who would pick us up, drive us to the next village and bring us back when we handed in our scooters again. Mike called us a taxi for the ferry to Kos. When our taxi did not show up at 06:00 a.m. for the ferry, luckily Jimmy was up already and used his local connections the help us (even ran to stop a taxi). Moreover, a day after leaving we got a message that we left a t-shirt at the appartment. They were able to ship it to our next stay, so kind. The village itself is perfect if you like a peaceful surrounding, but do enjoy local nightlife.

Nothing to say here, for this price, it’s a steal. Ofcourse, no luxury like you would expect from a hotel, but all the facilities work fine to enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Exceptional

The place was great value for the money - everything that you may need is there. Location is also perfect - 3 minutes and you are either at a restaurant, local bakery, supermarket or beach. Loved it and would certainly return. Big thanks to the hosts for the amazing hospitality!

Wifi is not super stable or fast at the apartment but with 3 different networks it is manageable.

Wonderful

Everything was great! The hosts are very kind people with everyone (people and animals) and the studio is like in the photos, if not better! Very easy to find, parking available, privacy, easy going, spacious, very quiet and charming little town near to a lot of beaches, good food, pet friendly :) Thanks a lot!
