Housekeepers, Plummer, Secutity. Receptin. They treat me like famiy member ,Language wadnt a barrier, we comunicate easily, smile and hand signs plus Google Translate,, Bungalow I stayed more then week, was realy in frint Pool, I had good time,
When you call the Grap Hotel is not in the system, it sucks Somehiow Hong Bin Bungalow not in the grab system,Maybe Location etc wrong

Great location. Love the pool. Excellent service at front desk. Karli’s was wonderful! Always happy and helpful.
The ally 91 was a bit dirty but that’s not property’s fault.

Room and view was lovely, nice sunset from big balcony. Pool peaceful but a little run down. Overall very much enjoyed our stay .
62 steps to our room and no one to help with the cases.
