La ubicación

Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, ruido excesivo, los autobuses que están en la contra esquina no dejan dormir, solo te ponen una toalla y el asiento de la taza en el baño estaba suelto y el extractor del baño hace bastante ruido.

La ubicación y que el desayuno está incluído. El hotel está bonito pero no tiene elevador. No apto para personas de la tercera edad

Que no tiene elevador, está muy chiquita la recepción, no tiene sala en la recepcion

Regular, solo fue para descansar

Encontré cabellos entre sábanas de cama y regadera (muy visibles). Esto dice mucho de si y como hacen el aseo.

Good rooms but many problems with bathroom. Dont recommend.

Easy checkin and checkout, Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast as well.

It took 40minutes and a phone call at the reception to get hot water. It then only lasted for 5minutes. Water pressure was very bad as well. For one day, the toilet flush did not work, imagine the smell :)

The breakfast team were very polite and the cleaning staff too.

When we arrived, after having booked our room as described online with booking.com, the man at the front desk tried to give us a completely different room altogether. We had to persist with him on how this was unfair as he was then trying to charge us more for the room that we had already booked! He wanted to give us one double bed when we were two separate travellers. He claimed there were no other rooms available. After standing our ground and asking to speak to the manager, eventually we were almost given our right request with at least two separate beds. The WiFi did not work at all, despite asking for different servers.

waste of money. without seeing dont pay to them.

i did not like anything in property. it was soo bad. what to describe about this property.

The wifi wasnt att all good. i dont know the reception staff was soo stupid. for everything they were charging. they were not giving the free water bottle. i had complained about the shower, that doesnt comeoff but they havent bother. Rooms were sticking like anything. no proper ventilation.

A pleasant, clean, centrally-located hotel with nice breakfasts

They moved me to a much nicer room than the one they put me in originally. Very nice desk clerks. Very nice breakfast and excellent service.

I didn't like the first room (street facing) but they moved me. I didn't even have to ask.

Decent for budget stay

Courteous and helpful staff. Great location. Clean facilities

From the pics you cannot make out that the hotel is very small. There is no restaurant (they only provide breakfast). Breakfast has very limited options.

Definitely not for value

Staff was helpful. Allowed early check in.

1) Hot water is only available in the morning, not in the evening. So when you return the hotel after your day trip in the city you have to take a shower with cold water which I did for 3 days. 2)It's an extremely noisy hotel. Max. you can sleep until 6 am !! 3) Breakfast is very very poor. Worse than a typical hostel. Only coffee, scramble egg and some fruit. I don't recommend the hotel so I wont stay again.

Amazing experience

Amazing staff. Welcoming and attentive whenever I required help during my stay.

Size of the room is too small. There is no lock for the washroom. No Air conditioner. But overall the stay was great. Good value for money and the location is at the center of the City.

Someone try to extortionate me, due to someone at the hotel gave my information to somebody else, horrible what they did.

Overall i lve the room and service just need ac and a microwave

No foid was served as advetised that i was vey disappointed about

Ithe rom was hot need airconditioner unit and a electrical kettle and microwave sincevno food is being srved because a person can get sick at anytime and is unable to reach a resturant and some people are diabetics
