I spent my last days of vacation there and it was a beautiful place to close these two weeks of vacation, the room was spacious and comfortable directly overlooking the pool what happiness in the morning... Thanks to Anggun, Lia and Wiwi for their welcome, their kindness throughout my stay...

I liked everything. The staff were very helpful. Clean facilities.
The sound insulation from outside noise. I could hear the traffic running up and down theain road especially the loud trucks.

Big property and big rooms

The staff is very friendly and supportive specially Fikri at the reception was very helpful during our check-in. The restaurant staff also took good care of the guests at the breakfast

We had a very comfortable stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan. The rooms were spacious, modern, and one of the highlights of our stay, offering plenty of space for our family.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The in-house restaurant served decent food, although we found the Indian options to be quite limited. Fortunately, this wasn't an issue as there are several excellent Indian restaurants nearby, and ordering through Grab was quick and convenient.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. As expected, traffic can get busy during peak hours, so it's worth planning your travel times accordingly.
Overall, it's a great hotel with large, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly service, and a convenient location. We'd definitely recommend it for families looking for a comfortable base to explore South Bali.
