整體都還算滿意

樓上一直在整修很吵，打開房間有點潮濕味，每間都是，還要注意哪些地方是轉角房間可能沒有對外窗～ 地點位置也滿裡面的，走進去像迷宮，行李太重可能要考慮一下會很累

De la rejilla del baño aveces sale un poco de olor. No es siempre, así que tengo muchas cosas más positivas que negativas para este hotel. Me gustó mucho

The shared areas of Baliem Resort are beautiful, especially the swimming pool, coworking spaces and the peaceful dining area. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We booked a Junior Suite, and based on the photos, we expected something more spacious, modern and well-designed. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The online photos give the room a much cosier atmosphere through additional lighting behind the TV, in the ceiling corners and behind the mirror. However, these lights are not actually there; only the regular spotlights are provided. The photos also show a rug, plants, artwork above the bed and other decorative touches that make the room feel warm and inviting, but these were missing from our room. This makes the actual room look and feel quite different from what is advertised. The room already feels just big enough for the essentials, yet a sofa has been squeezed in, making the space feel even smaller. We had to move the bed to ensure we each had access to a power outlet, and the sofa was positioned almost directly against the bed, leaving very little space to move around comfortably. The separate kitchenette area, which consists mainly of a sink, takes up valuable space without offering much functionality. On top of that, the very large fridge positioned in the middle of the room makes the layout feel even more cramped. Overall, the room did not feel as new, spacious or thoughtfully designed as we had expected, especially considering that we booked a Junior Suite. Cleanliness was also disappointing. There were still hairs in the room and even in the bed, and the bedsheets had numerous stains. This was particularly frustrating because guests are required to pay a deposit at check-in, and the hotel explicitly states that stained bedsheets may result in an additional charge. We feel that the same standard of cleanliness should be ensured before guests arrive. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the beautiful common areas and the exceptionally friendly staff. With better room design, improved cleanliness and more accurate photos, the overall experience could've been better.
