the view was amazing the staff were always at your service. and the highlight of the trip was the property itself. one of the best properties i have stayed in will for sure visit again and would refer my friends to make sure to stay there

wifi wasnt good it didnt work most of the time. delivery to this location was a little bit of a problem.

الفيلا كبيرة جداً وواسعة، ومناسبة للعائلات الكبيرة أو المجموعات. فيها خصوصية ممتازة، خصوصاً في منطقة المسبح، والإطلالة والأجواء جميلة جداً. فيها صالة واسعة وعدة غرف، وكل غرفة تقريباً معها حمام خاص. كذلك يوجد سكيورتي وشعرنا بالأمان خلال الإقامة. الإفطار كان ممتاز ويوصل لنا يومياً بشكل مرتب وطازج، وهذا كان من الأشياء اللي عجبتنا. كذلك وجود طاقم نسائي للخدمة والتنظيف كان مريح جداً للعائلات. يوجد أيضاً مدخل مباشر للشاطئ، لكن نحن شخصياً استمتعنا اكثر في المسبح The main area that needs improvement is cleanliness. The daily room cleaning was not at the standard we expected and could definitely be more thorough. Some of the furniture also feels a little old and worn and could benefit from renovation or replacement. The bedding could also be improved; the bed covering was more like a thin sheet rather than a proper duvet. We requested a thicker duvet, but unfortunately it was not available. The road and entrance leading to the villa can also feel a little uncomfortable or intimidating, especially when arriving for the first time at night. Although there is beach access, the sea in front of the property was not really suitable for swimming during our stay, so we mainly used the swimming pool. ‏

أكثر شيء يحتاج إلى تحسين هو مستوى النظافة. تنظيف الغرف اليومي لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع وكان يحتاج إلى اهتمام أكبر بالتفاصيل. كذلك بعض الأثاث واضح عليه الاستخدام ومحتاج تجديد. وبالنسبة للسرير، الغطاء كان خفيفاً مثل الشرشف وليس لحافاً مناسباً، وطلبنا لحافاً أثقل ولكن لم يكن متوفراً. أيضاً الطريق والدخلة المؤدية للفيلا قد تكون مخيفة قليلاً، خصوصاً إذا كان الوصول لأول مرة في الليل. وعلى الرغم من وجود مدخل للشاطئ، إلا أن البحر أمام الفيلا لم يكن مناسباً للسباحة أثناء إقامتنا، لذلك قضينا أغلب وقتنا في المسبح The main area that needs improvement is cleanliness. Absolutely stunning property to stay in, loads of space and bedrooms loads of room with outdoor en-suites. Great pool idea and views are to die for. The housekeeper gentleman that greeted us was amazing and couldn’t do anymore for us. We probably could have taken an extra 4/5 people the property is that big. Location is around 10 minutes drive to Mirissa and loads to do there

Beautiful pool and lovely quiet beach setting and gorgeous views. Extremely suitable for a big group, being just 2 of us, was too big.

Access to location very poor and difficult to find. Limited facilities, IN need of a refurbished update.
