Anjiamarango Beach Resort

The location was really good for a relaxing and quiet time. The chalets were very comfortable with the inclusion of a mini bar which was very handy. The staff were all very accomodating and nothing seemed to faze them. The swimming pool and sunbed area was fabulous, with plenty of shade, the pool was really great - looking out on to the sea. Breakfast was acceptable - a bit of the same choice every day - a few variations would have been appreciated. Lunch and dinners were good - tasty and good portions sizes, however the pre-ordering of meals was not always successful as we has a few luke warm meals, and one very cold spaghetti bolognaise!

The snorkelling was a bit disappointing, having snorkeled in many different locations, there wasnt much to be seen on the reef and when the tide was out the water was extremely murky.

The first problem I encountered when I arrived was that they refused to give me the room I had booked, which was right in front of the beach. But after a fight, I got it, and then they upgraded me to a better room. Apart from that, everything was very nice, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the place was beautif

ب The bookings are disorganized.

The location is in a bay, very calm and relaxing. The beach is not maintained there’s a lot of seaweed and there are sandflies. The bungalows are comfortable and spacious, we stayed in the beachfront option. They operate on an ‘open’ concept, so there are open eaves all around.

It can be noisy so a lot depends on how sensitive you are. We were woken 2 nights in a row at 4.30 am by a baby screaming. Then a large family arrived next to us and it was game over ! We really liked the resort, it’s family friendly which is fine, but what about guests that want peace and quiet?

We could not get sufficient choice of food on breakfast especially for kids
