The overall experience was good, as stated elsewhere the guest house is very dated but the appearance is clean and staff service the rooms daily. Breakfast was very good with a great selection on offer and included in the cost to stay so you can't go wrong. The guest house is in a very good location as buses run from both ends of the road into town and you have the beach on your doorstep. The area is very quiet and seems like a decent neighborhood, you didn't feel concerned coming back after dark.
Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs to climb which was not enjoyable after a day out and about. A couple of mornings the shower was not so warm, I think the later you get up the hot water has been used by other guests. I didn't find the beds to be that comfortable & the room was quite small for 3 beds but still we managed and for the price what can you expect? Overall if you are on a budget then this is the place for you.
