Brilliant staff, great communication, good location and ok facilities.
Its my experience, and probably my luck that I was in a tent, and it heavily rained for 2 days, the tent was not fit for purpose and water leaked from few places flooding the tent. I was moved to a different tent but unfortunately the same thing happened the tent flooded and took the cleaners 2 days to reach my tent to get it cleaned.
I didn't feel that there was urgency to rectify the problem, it smelled all week of damp, had insects getting in, and for me wasn't a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Camping Chania. The value for money is excellent, and it's definitely a place we would love to visit again. The campsite is beautiful, peaceful, family friendly, and very well organized, making it easy to find your way around. Bed linen, plenty of towels, and free parking were all provided.
A special thank you to the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They assisted us with arranging our airport transfer, helped us rent a car, and gave us great recommendations for day trips and places to visit.
The campsite shop has very reasonable prices, and both Lidl and Synka supermarkets are just a few minutes away, making it very convenient for families.
For families with children, we highly recommend Yannis Beach, which is only a five minute walk from the campsite.

The location is fine, not far from the center and there are several beaches nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming
It was quite dirty inside the tent, though I was told it was cleaned before my arrival. There were some pieces of food on the floor, many ants and other insects inside. The toilets were in a very poor condition, they were super old and dirty. I stayed in many campings in different countries, and normally you'd get much better facilities for this price (it's really overpriced). Campings in Scandinavia are cheaper and much better than this one.
