Very good staff member who stored our bags until the room was ready, then texted me when it was. Nice apartment, clean, great location, quiet, all easy and enjoyable.
3pm check-in is too late. Not sure why it isn't industry standard 2pm.

These apartments were just a short stroll away from the Story Bridge and wharf precinct. It suited our needs for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to make an adjustment to check-in. Would definitely stay here again.
Could hear the comings and goings of people early in the morning from other apartments but this cannot be helped.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Apartment was spacious and clean.
Location was convenient for the meetings I attended.
We asked for a quiet apartment and although it was on a high floor, one bedroom adjoined the lifts so there was noise whenever the lift was used, which seemed to happen throughout the night. The other bedroom had traffic noise. Both require better soundproofing/double glazing.
Very poorly equipped eg just one knife/fork etc per person. This meant frequent washing up - but only one sachet of dishwasher powder was provided.
Very harsh lighting eg in main bathroom. Softer lighting is needed.
