The location was great for our event at New Farm. Response from staff was quick and friendly when I had a query about storing luggage before checkin. The room was ready before the 2 pm check in. The room was clean with useful amenities
The location was geat for walking to resturants at the wharf and catching the ferry
Saturday night was a little noisy with music near by. The Sunday night was very quiet

Great location, easily walkable for where we wanted to be. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay across the kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were really responsive via Whatsapp during office hours and always helpful.
We really struggled with the key situation. You could only have one digital key, then there was a physical key that was very hit and miss, or a code that you had to remember to get into everywhere. For a two bedroom apartment I've have expected two digital keys to make the whole experience more seamless. It ended up being a stress point each time we went out separately. Communication on getting into the apartments relies on you having access to wifi once check in is open - unfortunately we didn't and we arrived in the evening so the check-in process was a lot more stressful (after a long international flight) than ideal. Make sure you check your emails on airport wifi before you head over.
