Location was great!
Did not have hot water for some of my stay.
I booked the room in an emergency and I needed a sofa bed for my son but was told when I went to check in that there was no linen available for the sofa bed.
I left my $400 hair tool plugged on on the far side of the bed room.
I called with in 24hrs of leaving. I did not hear back for a few days so made contact again. There was no record of my original call so I had to make another enquiry. I was text a few days later saying it had not been reported by housekeeping. I was staying at the. hotel as my unit flooded and I lost most of my possessions. I only traveled from my unit in New Farm to the hotel and back so I could not have left it anywhere else.

The place was gorgeous and central and so convenient. The staff were lovely to talk to through the phone.
Not many parking spaces. We were required to park in the visitors parking for our stay. We were happy to but seemed unfortunate when we paid for parking.

The facilities are good, and the rooms very functional. If you call (on phone) for assistance, the service is excellent.
The code system is so annoying. In the elevator and front door they have it down low making it hard to put 6 digits in right every time. Unpacking the car was such a mission. The app system etc - all complicated. Some international guests arrived in foyer with no way of knowing or being able to download apps etc. luckily I could use my phone to call the number and once again the service was excellent but it’s not pain free.
Our apartment looked directly across to the backs of other apartments so we had to have the blinds down all the time. Get a higher floor.

Great location, easily walkable for where we wanted to be. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay across the kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were really responsive via Whatsapp during office hours and always helpful.
We really struggled with the key situation. You could only have one digital key, then there was a physical key that was very hit and miss, or a code that you had to remember to get into everywhere. For a two bedroom apartment I've have expected two digital keys to make the whole experience more seamless. It ended up being a stress point each time we went out separately. Communication on getting into the apartments relies on you having access to wifi once check in is open - unfortunately we didn't and we arrived in the evening so the check-in process was a lot more stressful (after a long international flight) than ideal. Make sure you check your emails on airport wifi before you head over.
