Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos und die Kommunikation mit Davor und seiner Frau war super! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen. Die Lage ist perfekt und in Strandnähe. In die Altstadt sind es ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Ruhe vor Ort, es war der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen! Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen!
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Es un lugar tranquilo muy cerca de Korkula ciudad, tiene una pequeña playa à 100 metros de la casa muy agradable.

Lovely apartment with AC, clean, great terrace and view. Free parking space and it is very quiet at night. Good value for money. Old Town Korčula is a 7-minute drive or 25-minute walk away. The location is nice, but a car is needed to get around. There's a small spot just a 5-minute walk away for a quick swim or sunbathe, but for other nicer beaches you'll need a car.
The bathroom ventilator is very loud and not very effective, so the space stays quite damp, and the shower could use some improvements. There was also a strange smell in the living room, seemingly coming from the couch.

Sehr freundliche, schnelle und entgegenkommende Kommunikation mit Gastgebern (war sehr kulant als die Balkon-Eingangstür während unsereres Aufenthalts defekt war). Tolle, ruhige Lage mit schöner Terasse und kleinem Strand fußläufig erreichbar.
Ebenfalls muffiger und feuchter Geruch beim Betreten des Apartments bemerkbar, v. a. unter der Spüle und aus dem Duschabfluss, wo auch viele kleine Schmetterlingsmücken herumflogen.
Wohnung war insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, da überall Spinnweben noch zu finden waren.
Küchenutensilien wirken sehr willkürlich zusammengestellt und wenig Verstauflächen zu finden, da die Möbel teilweise bereits beladen sind.
Man hört auch leider die Nachbarn in der Küche durch eine einfache Tür hinterm Schrank.
Insgesamt für den hohen Preis im Sommer kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Kroatien.
