Quinta da Padrela is een fantastische plek om te verblijven. Het huis staat op een wijnboerderij waar heerlijke wijnen worden gemaakt die je ook kunt proeven. De host is geweldig, speekt heel goed Engels en Frans en is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.
Het huis is comfortabel en heeft een heel compleet uitgeruste keuken. Airco's op de slaapkamers doen het goed. Er is een prachtige tuin die ook heel netjes wordt onderhouden. De buitenruimte is prachtig met een stuk overdekt terras met grote BBQ. Het zwembad ligt niet direct in de tuin, maar wel naast het huis. Het zwembad deel je met 1 ander huis. Het zwembad is groot en heeft ook een echt diep gedeelte, vandaar de duikplank. Rondom het zwembad veel plaats en er zijn ook veel ligbedden. Vanaf het zwembad en vanuit de tuin bij het huis heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de wijnvelden. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Supermarkten, bakkers en andere winkels op een paar minuten rijden met de auto. Direct vanaf Quinta da Padrela kan je ook mooi wandelen.

Great location in a winery in the heart of Douro valley. Amazing host and tour around the winery. Kids loved the swimming pools as well :)

האירוח של ג׳וזה היה מדהים. שירותי, מתעניין מאוד ודואג שיהיה לנו נוח. גוזה עשה לנו סיור מודרך במקום, כולל הסברים נהדרים על ייצור היין וטעימות של יין, גבינות ושמן. הבריכה גדולה וכייפית אך אינה פרטית ומשותפת עם אורחי ווילה נוספת. המטבח מאובזר בצורה טובה מאוד, קיבלנו במתנה יין וגבינות ונהנינו מאוד מהשהייה.
הבית עצמו ישן, הריהוט ישן והמיטה הזוגית די קטנה. העלייה למקום מהכביש הראשי לא קצרה (10-15 דקות) בכביש מפותל אך הנוף בדרך מהמם.

אהבנו את הבית, בית אותנטי במיקום נהדר בעמק הדורו ליד טבואקו, עם חצר נעימה, המארחים היו מאוד אדיבים ונעימים, הבית היה נקי ונוח עבורנו, מומלץ מאוד.
