I stayed two nights here and I loved it: away from the crowds and really good nearby restaurants! The owners/hosts are kind and helpful to the maximum. I was also there by bus and not by car…It is possible for sure, i only had one backpack :) Perfect stay if you enjoy calm evenings or want to stay near hiking trails.
The tasty breakfast is served 7:30 AM, my personal preference would be to have an earlier breakfast time since im an early hiker to avoid the sun.
The coffee could be better ;-)
The matress of the bed is hard. First night was tough, second night was better. Overall, its really nice to sleep there with the fresh air of the mountains !!

Loved everything about staying at Mamaral.
The room was spotlessly clean, very good size, it had a very nice balcony and a fine view of the little town and sorrounding mountains.
Congratulations to the two wonderful ladies who run and own the place, Laura and her mom!
The location is also great for hiking not only Path of Gods, but other wonderful trails as well.
