Spacious room at an nominal price. The rooms had AC, hot water ( warm), comfortable beds, easy accessible light switches. They provide basic breakfast as part of room rate.
Location is 8 minutes walk to MEPE bus terminal. It’s right on the downtown area, with plenty of shops around, walkable.
Except traffic noise and club music. Not bad, it becomes bit quiet after 10 PM.

I was here for just a quick night. Landed at midnight and took off at 9. Comfortable stay. Simple. Great breakfast. Good elevator.
The bathroom is run down but does the job.

Location is good, very close to Mercado Central and restaurants. Restaurant in house is excellent with hard working staff. An asset.
Pavement outside hotel was a mess with ongoing construction and trip hazards. Also due to work hot water was turned off.
