Nos hospedamos a mitad de septiembre en uno de los áticos y lo valoramos muy positivamente.
Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, a tener en cuenta por aquellos con dificultad de movilidad, pero tiene unas vistas bonitas hacia el campo extremeño.
No hacía ni frío ni calor (ambas cosas podrían esperarse en una buhardilla), aún así, había un aparato de a/c por si necesitas regular la temperatura.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
En la cocina había ollas, sartenes, vajilla, cubertería, paños, etc. Cuenta con un microondas y cocina de gas.
Había un tostador, y una cafetera de filtro que no usamos porque habíamos llevado una cafetera tipo moka de casa (si queréis usar la del apartamento, preguntad por si tenéis que llevar filtros, no los vimos en la cocina pero tampoco buscamos mucho).
La nevera cuando entramos estaba apagada, así que tardó un ratito en ponerse a la temperatura adecuada pero funciona bien.
En el baño había toallas de mano y de ducha. Es algo pequeño al estar en la parte baja de la buhardilla, pero suficiente.
La piscina es de agua salada, y cuando estuvimos allí estaba algo turbia por lo que no invitaba mucho al baño.
El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado para visitar el parque de Monfragüe, así como Cáceres, Plasencia y Trujillo.

The location is close to the national park.
The check-in was uncomplicated.
The window blinds are quite effective, so you can make the room very dark and a nap is very possible. :)
The WiFi was unstable and we had multiple occurrences, where it would only work again after 30 minutes.
The tap water tastes quite bad and even has a slight 'stale' smell, which makes any interactions with water unpleasant.
The water heater also didn't work as expected and when you want to shower only slightly warm, it either stays cold or tries to burn you.
The bed was okay comfortable, but I don't understand, why there is only one pillow and one blanket for a bed, that is clearly designed for two people.
On booking.com the pool was advertised as open, however, when we arrived, it was closed and it seems to be state regulation, that they can only open 1. June. This should be clearly stated in the listing.
Just be aware that it's an attic flat: The slope of the roof starts almost at the bottom of the walls, which means, that a lot of the space cannot be used without crouching. Also I've hit my head at least 10 times while cooking or using the bathroom.
Also, we brought a dog and needed to pay a fee of 7€/day. This fee seems to depend on the weight of the dog. Ours was 14kg.
