Staff were very friendly and helpful, it was easy to get to transport, bus stop across the road and light rail was just around the corner.

Furniture in apartment could do with an upgrade it was well worn, but it was still comfortable.

Good size apartment for a family. Good kitchen. Clean and comfortable.

Pool is a lane pool, very narrow and shallow. There was a lady peering at us angrily out of her window while the kids were having fun in the pool. They weren't doing anything crazy, just laughing and playing. There was an unexpected card fee when paying at the property. The carpark is very tight. Be careful if you have a big car. Only one 2 seater couch and an arm chair, for 5 or 6 people to watch TV at night. WiFi was not great.

Our visit to Newcastle was to attend a concert at The Entertainment Centre. The Hotel was perfect for the 2.7 klms to the venue. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the Train and Tram Station with trams coming every 7 minutes, were within walking distance just around the corner from the hotel, which we made good use of. The beds were comfortable, nice size refrigerator, crockery and utensils for 4. Although a pair of tongs in the utensil draw would have helped.

When we pulled in off a busy main street we found we needed a key card to operate the underground car park roller door, which meant someone had to get out and run up the steps to the reception to get the key card to tap the machine, that could have been awkward if only one person was in the car or a disabled passenger, or pouring rain. It would have been better if we were sent a code to punch in or had someway of alerting reception to open it remotely for us. We also found the car spaces were small, awkward and not much room to swing into, especially if there was another car in their space too.

Good value for such a large apartment. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice filtered view of the boats on harbour. Beds comfortable.

Not as clean as I would have liked. Maybe due to the size. Had numerous cockroaches, need to provide pest spray or have a professional spray. Furniture in living room needs upgrading

it was filthy and cockroach infested. They were even in the fridge and we had to throw all of our food away. I have requested a refund and am waiting on reply.

Close to shops.

No DVD. No variety of TV programs. No instructions how to use the cooktop. No instructions how to use the Air-conditioning. Beds were too firm. It was warm inside. Found cockroaches in the dishwasher. Not enough shading in the living room. Western Sun was terrible. Dog in the Pool Australia day. Rang to tell the desk but he did not care attitude! We did not return back to the pool. Not happy!

Very spacious two bedroom apartment with lots of living area. The pool was lovely, very relaxing. The location is fantastic, very close to public transport.

The master bed was extremely uncomfortable, it felt broken. The toilet in the ensuite did not flush properly so was not utilised. There were no block out blinds which are a necessity for families with little children who need to get to bed.

nothing cockroaches everywhere. dishwasher did not work. shower leaked out the bathroom and the doorway was rotting. carpet was ripped in many places
