We stayed for three nights - two adults two children, 14 and 8. The hotel is very much geared towards younger kids, so be aware of that with lots of toddlers and younger children doing what they do (noise, chaos but early nights!)
Room was large and modern, with a great shower. The kitchenette was well appointed (coffee maker, kettle, pans, plates, cutlery) and enabled small meals to be prepared. No air con in air room, but we knew that before hand. Bed was comfortable, balcony was nice with table and chairs.
Breakfast is worth it - a buffet arrangement with all the usual pastries, meats, cheese, and cereal. Coffee was decent, only negative was no orange juice. The restaurant was decent but not the cheapest, with ordering at the bar and then food collected from a station. Lots of good local dishes, plus stuff like burgers for the picky eaters.
car park large and free, electric charge point on site if you need it. Didn't use the pool but looked ok, as did the kids play area.
Surrounding area is very pretty, with vineyards and farms all around. Definitely visit Lindau and take the ferry to Austria to ride the Pfanderbahn.
No on site shop for stuff like milk, bread, etc. Seems like an oversight for rooms with catering facilities. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes drive away in the local town.

Surroundings are beautiful
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Sheets not to clean. Stairs to “second bedroom” are a very hazardous fire ladder. Bathroom door was literally a curtain.
