Well equipped apartment with a very helpful host. The check in went smoothly. The location was superb for us: close to a supermarket and to the busstation. If one has trouble with walking uphill it would be a bit trickier, but other than that it was amazing. We would recommend using the “left” route (standpoint from the lake) where it was much less staircases. The ambiance in Nesso was very nice and the busses from Como and Bellagio were easy to use if you wanted to go outside of the village. We would recommend using the fermata Nesso Borgo, where there is also a very nice bar. Definitely the best village to live in when experiencing lake Como! And also don’t miss out on taking a swim in the warm water!

Fabulous place
300 steps I counted from the bus stop. It was fine apart from being overtaken by the local granny’s.

really good location, really cute approach, amazing host
The stairs but that isn’t singular to the property the whole city requires a lot of stairs since it’s mountainous. Just take breaks if you need and you will be fine.

The property was well stocked and clean
The pictures were deceiving to us. We thought the property was right next to the water but it isn’t. Had trouble finding it and the parking. Note that it is down a small alley that is not easy to navigate.
