La vista Mare e splendida dell Alba, la camera sistemata con gusto in stile marino e recentemente ristrutturata, l impostazione eco della titolare, il parquet in camera, la possibilità di bere acqua della fonte immessa nella rete domestica, buona e senza cloro, i parcheggi gratuiti in tutto il territorio di Grottammare, il bel Borgo.
Il rumore generato dalla ferrovia ed autostrada che di notte costringeva a chiudere le finestre comunque ben insonorizzate.
