Great location, super sweet staff who were helpful and kind, parking was easy to find nearby, breakfast was super nice in the nearby cafe. Check in and out is in a nearby chocolate shop so it was convenient to get some chocolate as a souvenir in the morning as we left :) breathtaking views!
I thought i booked a room with a straight view of the duomo, instead we got a window facing modica bassa and view of duomo only from around the corner the balcony. Not the biggest deal for us but I recommend to mention wanting the view it in the booking phase to make sure you get that amazing view they use in the photos!
Also light in the bathroom was a bit too dim to do makeup in so i recommend bringing a small portable mirror with you so you can do it infront of the window :)

Everything was wonderful — the view was stunning, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was a true Sicilian experience at a charming bar just steps away from the property. A unique bonus: the property has its own chocolate shop producing chocolate using a one-of-a-kind technique, making the stay even more special.

If you want a location with an amazing view and great access to all interesting place than this apartment is for you. Additionally you can taste real chocolate from Modica.

The staff was kind and helpful. The location was beautiful. But you need energy to walk up and down the stairs unless you have a car .
The rooms could have been much better lit - it was so dark in spaces .
