Rooms were clean
Housekeeping lady in the morning of the check out was really rude, nocking the door and yelling because she needed to clean.

Staff was great. Location and the view of the room were nice.
There were bugs in the room!!! I killed around 15 of them in 4 days. Our friend stayed at the next room and there were bugs in her room too.
I saw hair on a towel in the bag which includes third beds sheets and the other things. I usually prefer ibis and ibis budget hotels, this is the first time that I saw bugs and felt the towel was not clean. These are not acceptable for a hotel chain.
