Serena Hotel Faisalabad

I like the way hotel was designed. The interior to be more specific

I did not like the reception calling on my room phone at 11:15 pm asking me to pay immediately the cost of dinner at your barbeque restaurant. Although I did sign in the restaurant under my room no. 143. I could have paid the amount in the morning at the time of checkout. I paid around Rs. 89000 upfront at the time of booking and I wouldn't have mind even paying extra if the receptionist had ask me. Calling me from my room to the reception at late night like I would have run away with Rs. 12900 the cost of dinner. I booked 3 rooms and was expecting a much better service. However, the manager Aqib came to me in the morning while I was having breakfast & apologized for the night in question but it was too late since the damage was done. He offered some discount from room rate as compensation but for me few thousands discount don't make a difference.

Vibe, view and location

Staff was slow to respond to requests. Price for car rental was quoted differently by different staff, almost seemed like that once they realized we were from out of country the rates were jacked.

Overall satisfied.

Friendly staff, very accommodative and provide most of the things and services needed. Overall satisfied.

The rooms were a bit noisy during the day due to proximity with sports ground where most of the time loud speakers are on which is a bit annoying.

This is my second stay at the Serena in Fbad, and I hope to stay there again soon!

This hotel is lovely. It has everything I need with friendly staff. I appreciate the security.

Our "exec room" had a cockroach in it, and the included fruit was just a plate of apples. Could have been better. Cleaning crew could have been better; had to ask for more toilet paper. The ladies bathroom by the restaurant was a bit dirty with water all over the floor.

1. they charged me extra money Rs.4000/- extra which I found during checking. 2. no sanitizer found at any table in resturant 3. I was having meeting in the lobby but no waiter come to ask anything.ike water or tea. pethatic

Hotel was clean, comfortable, cozy with lovely decor.

Staff was not clear in communicating. Hospitality needs to be worked on. Overall disappointed at the service executed.
