The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the building has an elevator. We especially appreciated the large balcony, which was perfect for having breakfast or dinner outside. The apartment is also very well soundproofed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The location is excellent — the sea is literally just across the road, with both free and paid beaches available nearby. A SPAR supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop close to the apartment, and the Metromare station is only about 5 minutes away on foot, which makes getting around very convenient.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils and appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, so it is very comfortable for a longer stay or a family holiday.
A special mention goes to the hosts. They are extremely friendly, helpful and always available on site. Whenever we had a question or needed something, it was very easy to contact them and resolve everything quickly.
We stayed here as a family and were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment!
If you are sensitive to loud music at night, there is a bar on the corner of the street that can sometimes be noisy.

La disponibilità dello staff e la gentilezza con cui ci hanno seguito è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Kyle ci ha lasciato il parcheggio auto appena fuori dalla struttura, cortesia non indifferente nel contesto del ferragosto.
L'accoglienza della nostra 4 zampe è stata ottima e la pulizia riscontra nell'appartamento davvero super.
Da non dimenticare la posizione fronte mare che ci ha permesso di sfruttare spiaggia e passeggiate.
Consigliatissimo!!
Solo un suggerimento...forse sarebbe utile un forno microonde e un phone nel caso si scordasse.

It’s a perfect apartment for a family vacation. Everything you might need - kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, towels, nice terrace. The location is great - very close to the beach (basically, just cross the street), 2 supermarkets nearby, a bus station right around the corner, comfortable public transport. Hosts are super nice and helpful! We could even use some shared kid toys and beach equipment for free - much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again :)
Not related to the property itself but rather good to know for future stay. The neighborhood is a bit laud at night because of the bars nearby. If you close the window, it gets quite warm inside and using the air conditioning at night is not the best idea, as it directs to the bed. Also, there are many mosquitoes (something we did not think about) and no webs on the windows. Apart of this, our experience was great.
