David was a superb host and we felt so welcome as soon as we stepped off the motorbike, parking was great (no charge) from the moment we arrived he greeted us warmly and gave us a bottle of much needed water each (It was really hot) Pongo the lovely dog was also there to say hello, he was so cute and if you love dogs he will be your favourite! Eleanor, David's mother was really friendly a very lovely chatty lady, and baked something extra each morning for breakfast which was plentiful with a beautiful view of lake Como from the terrace. David gave us directions to the centre of town which took approx. 30 minutes via different walkways, harder going on return but that was an enjoyable challenge for us (we stopped for a cheeky spritz at the local Galicia on the way back) we would definitely stay again if we revisit lake Como.

Property had a beautiful feel and spectacular view of the lake.

The only set back was there was no air conditioning. It does cool slightly in the evenings and the shutters meant we are able to keep the windows open without bugs coming in.

Owners are very friendly and speaks English. Beautiful lake view while have a great balanced healthy breakfast. Best guest house I’ve been so far. Exceptional service. Thanks.

Nothing to complain about.

Good location up the hill. Nice view. Friendly and helpful staff.

Water shortage. No airconditioning. An invasion of wasps in the garden, making it impossible to sit outside. A dog.
