Matt is a friendly and hospitable guy.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Central to the CBD and sights to see on the Tablelands.
Lovely, relaxing setting and gardens.

Nice garden and good shower with quality water.
The noise from the upstairs floor. The fact that the upstairs guests had to walk through our outdoor sitting area to get to their car multiple times - not really any private outdoor space. The bed was so squeaky that it made a lot of noise whenever anyone moved. The rocking chair in the room also squeaked. Recommended one restaurant by Host as the only good place to eat in town but only two very mundane things on the menu (which was in the room) for a vegetarian to eat. Instead, found a northern Indian restaurant with excellent vegetarian food and multiple items to choose from. Unfortunately this didn't make the recommendation list from host.
