Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Very nice accommodation in an original, desolate location - at the tip of the Peniche peninsula. Very quaint. But note that you need to have a car and be prepared for an ocean mist in the morning.

We enjoyed the hospitality at Casa Berlinga a vista for 10 days. The hostess and host are very friendly and they do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The use of the washing machine and the balcony for general use were a pleasant surprise for us. The residence is spotlessly clean and from our studio we had a beautiful view of the ocean and the rocky rugged coast. The studio has small windows and no balcony on the sea side, on the one hand that is a disadvantage, but if the wind blows a bit harder, then you know the reasons, you are really in contact with the rough ocean. If you want to understand what Peniche is, this is the place to be! In Casa B you are at the point where everyone (further along the coastal road) stops their car to watch breathlessly at the violence of the sea.
You need to have a car or a bike handy as you are a bit further from the town and beaches.
If you like good food then you should definitely not forget to visit the restaurant of the family "Umami", let the owner know and she will arrange your reservation and tell you where to go, enjoy real old-fashioned Portuguese hospitality in a restaurant where Portuguese cuisine has been given a fresh touch.
The area is certainly safe, but it is a bit outside and at the front of our studio the care of the "garden" and surroundings could be a bit better. But don't let that be a reason for anyone to miss this experience!

Very nice place, the view from the view was amazing. We were greeted by the home owner, who let us into the property and showed used around the flat. It was clean and very spacious with 4 beds

The host was around each morning so it was easy to ask questions or get replacement towels etc. The position of the apartment was very close to a rugged coast with attractive walks into the town. This was quite a distance and would not be to everyone's liking.
The immediate surroundings were not particularly attractive but they were interesting,; the pilgrimage chapel and its history gave an understanding of the development of the many buildings around the square.

The apartments are located in a separate building with another 4 apartments available. We took 2 badroom one on the ground floor. Ocean view from all windows. Its also very close to a path which goes along the shore, super sunset spot. On the 1st floor the building has a terrace and a lundry room with all you need to keep your clothes clean and ironed. On the terrace there's a place for drying wet suits☝️Both are available for all the guests. Continent supermarket 3 min away by car. For a restaurant you would also need to drive like 5-10 min.
Apartment house has a reception. Daniel took care of all our needs, he was just an angel.
I guess it was one of the most comfortable places I stayed in Peniche, very good value for money and I would definitely come again.

Excellent location - easy to find, close to town, easy parking, very quiet. Beautiful view to ocean. Very good contact with the host. The room is perfectly clean. Nice plus is the available laundry.

The facilities were really great. We had everything we need to cook breakfast and fast meals. The location of the house was amazing. Photos correspond to the reality. Host was really helpfull and warmfull.

Close to the lighthouse - very nice place to observe the sunset.
Rocks around are amazing, sea views also... just not from the house.
Veeery nice host and very good level of cleanliness and covid protection measures.
View disappointing - see, rocks, but with the trash container in central point. The neighbourhood quite rusty.
It's the end of peninsula, so you have to pass by 3 fish processing plants before arriving there - smell on the way is not very inviting. Then you have some 3km back to the center, so you need a car (take south road - much nicer).
Generally not very romantic place.

Exceptional cleanliness and full kitchen. The snacks were also appreciated.
Shower had one very minor issue. Overall, superb stay at Casa Vista a Berlengas.
