Quit and peaceful.
My toilet seat was loose in the bed room , the chairs and stools where also loose , screws needed tighting.
Underneath the fridge was filthy and all around the sides .

Handy location. Easy after hours check in. Full laundry facilities with dryer. Easy parking.
Furniture was tired and worn (scratched and chipped). Couch needs to be replaced. Apartment is in need of a deep clean (carpet, showers/grout).

Easy to access reception and the parking bays, good sized rooms and clean floors. Central location to the city and shopping centres as well as restaurants, quiet location area
Table sticky, not cleaned, remote didn't work, flat batteries, no one at reception for check-out Sunday, hard to contact reception to make enquiries, took five (5) calls before getting through and the woman made no sense when answering my questions. Information sheets for reception operating hours need to be changed, especially for Sundays, mobile message bank needs to be emptied.
