Very good hotel with friendly owner

A spacious, beautiful and clean hotel very close to the sea and restaurants. There is also a nearby market and shopping center. The owner of the hotel is also a very friendly and helpful person. The bathrooms were clean, there were even sea towels. It was wonderful to make coffee in the morning and enjoy the sea and the terrace. We were staying with my sister and it was a safe neighborhood

Stunning views and helpful host

The balcony view of the water and mountains is the reason I stayed at this property, and the views did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. The host was friendly and helpful. He provided me with a little overview and orientation to Kotor along with some restaurant recommendations.

My flights were delayed, so I communicated via Booking.com what time I would be arriving. Unfortunately, no one was there to meet me when I arrived. I waited about an hour at the cafe to get the keys to my room. However, the host sent someone from his cafe to meet me and explain when he would be arriving. The host treated me to a cappuccino while I waited and was apologetic that I had had to wait.

The location was great. There was a sea view from our balcony which was a plus.

Great location. Easy access to the old town, grocery store and restaurants. Seaside promenade is one minute walk away. I enjoyed the evening and early morning walk along the promenade. The host was very nice to provide us with beach towel and brought us beers, bottle water and homemade cake. He also reserved a parking spot for us, which was highly appreciated.

There was a water leakage from the bottom of shower tub. We made sure the water didn't splash out of the shower tub during showering. We stayed at the apartment for 3 days. It became a chores to wipe and dry the bathroom daily due to the leakage. I brought it up to the host attention about the leakage. He didn't agree with me. I was a apartment manager in the US for over 20 years, I knew it was a leakage and not a result of water splash from the shower.

Peaceful, relaxing, stunning views

The property was so spacious, beautiful and very well equipped. A great social space with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor area to relax. The owner is incredibly helpful and understanding and also speaks very good English. I would defo ally come back here and stay again !!!!

A great break in Kotor

Location was v good, lovely views, beside the water, lots restaurants nearby. Landlord Goran was very nice and helpful. Was a bit removed from all crowds in old town Kotor. Koniba bonaca a restaurant 1km away was v good

Great apartment in excellent location

Great location. Apartment was very well equipped, the owner had thought of everything you could need and the kitchen in particular was well equipped. Having a washing machine, and iron was great when on a longer trip.

The outdoor table and chairs weren’t comfy but that’s pretty standard for rented apartments.

Would stay again

The apartment was very clean The view from the balcony was beautiful The owner was very friendly, explained us everything and gave us some tips on what to see in Kotor. He also greeted us with his mom's home-made cake which was a very nice detail The bed was very comfortable Overall, a very good value for money, would stay there again!

It takes around 15 minutes on foot to reach the old town, but the road is nice (next to the sea), so that's perfectly fine There were some ants in the bathroom

A modern, clean property overlooking the bay that made our stay perfect.

The location was fantastic, slightly out of the centre but a nice walk in. The staff were great. Wine and cake was a lovely touch and the cake was incredibly tasty!!

Honestly can’t think of anything.

Amazing apartment and location

The location was spectacular and the views from the apartment were second to none. The owner Goran and his team were fantastic, nothing was a problem to him. The apartment we stayed in had everything you could wish for, and you wanted for nothing. In all it was an amazing place.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Kotor! The location is excellent, a really easy stroll along the seafront towards the old town. Apartment was clean, modern and well set-up with a beautiful balcony view. Goram was a great host. He picked us up from the airport and pointed out lots of sights on the way to the apartments and we enjoyed a drink in his caffe on arrival. We also appreciated the surprise cakes we received once back from a long day out!

Overall, it was excellent. Only issue was that we were woken up a few times by other guests staying in the apartments but Goram dealt with this

the view from the balcony is wonderful, the homemade food in the downstairs cafe is great value for money and extremely delicious and the host is very friendly and informative about any tourist questions (also the chef!)

Most amazing place to enjoy Kotor

The view and the location is the best you can wish for. It’s a very well maintained accommodation, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner spoiled us with home made cake and bottle of wine, the hospitality of Goran and this accommodation made our trip absolutely perfect.

Best apartment I had in Montenegro

I really enjoyed our stay. New and bright apartment which was very, very clean , amazing view to the bayside. Fantastic breakfast at the Cafe Rose, Helpful and great host. Coffeemachine including pads was also nice. Location is, in my opinion much better than staying in Old Town.

Nothing . Maybe some normal-size wine- glasses would be nice. Just my personal opinion, :-)
