Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Nice location, very friendly people, not very far from Mitilini

The location was brilliant. It was in a nice and quiet place, very close to the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we did not mind this, we were surprised when we found that our rooms were cleaned when we were away. Also, the village where the hotel is in is very close to Mitilini.

Internet connection was very poor, which was a bit frustrating.

Excellent value for the price!

Andreas and Gina were wonderful hosts and very helpful with anything we needed from calling a taxi for traveling to different towns to finding the nearest “bakkal” for shopping. They made our stay very enjoyable!

The shower needs some renovation and proper curtains.

Communication with host was in the end

Charged half a day extra for 4 hours overstay due to wrong communication. There were no other guests at that moment. I explained the situation, the reception opens in the morning only at 9 o'clock and I had to leave for a meeting at 8. I would have come during lunch time - but appointments were taking more time.

As location it was good but as room was terrible for us , the mold and humidity very very much , first night we weren’t

Location was good for what I was going to do there .

Mold too much that we weren’t able to breathe. And that’s cost me another hotel rent
