Note: we were moved to Oasis Lodge instead (same road).
The stay was really great. Ahead of time, we asked if they could help us book a guide for a 3 day loop including toubkal climb and it was all seamless. We even made an error with the first night date and they realised it and let us change a week prior to our stay without any issue.
Service is perfect, view amazing from the terrace and room windows. Great food as well both for dinner and breakfast.

Amazing views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The best shower ever after a Toubkal hike.
Nothing.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful in so many ways. From helping plan and provide amazing guide for a 2 day trek to helping with rug shopping. We had an amazing dinner at the lodge one night, and enjoyed daily breakfast and plenty of tea! The hospitality was lovely.

Absolutely marvelous! Roaz de Bandeira was clean, relaxing, and peaceful — never crowded or overly touristy. Rather than feeling like a hotel, it felt like a true oasis where we could unwind in the mornings and evenings.
Luis and Claudia were incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us away from tourist traps and sharing hidden gems throughout the area. The courtyard was dreamy, filled with blooming plants, trees, gazebos, and fairy lights that created such a beautiful atmosphere.
Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. Claudia took exceptional care with my diabetes and celiac needs. Although I offered to provide my own breakfast, she went out of her way to make sure I felt included and could enjoy a hearty meal alongside everyone else. That kindness meant so much to me.
One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying breakfast between 9 and 10 with the other guests and connecting with fellow travelers. Luis and Claudia are genuinely warm and caring people, and I truly hope to return on future trips to the area.
Thank you so much, Claudia and Luis! 🤗❤️
