Bom pela localização, mas com pontos desfavoráveis

Gostei do quarto ter ar condicionado e do conforto da cama. A localização é boa e o café da manhã é ok.

Várias vezes encontrava os banheiros sem papel higiênico, o que era bem desgastante. O local estava em obras e eu acho que isso deveria ter sido avisado no momento em que reservei o local. Foi desagradável pelo barulho, sujeira e também pelos olhares dos trabalhadores. Fiquei bem chateada, pois a pessoa que fez o meu check in não me informou que, devido à obra, o café da manhã estava acontecendo em outra pousada (aparentemente da mesma família). Sendo assim, tive que tomar café fora da hospedagem, já que não fui avisada. Pra minha sorte um brasileiro me avisou, só assim fiquei sabendo! O sinal de wifi é péssimo, muito ruim mesmo, e só na minha última noite que liberaram mais um ponto, e aí sim esse funcionou (fraco) no meu quarto.

Bom custo benefício.

Acomodação simples mas com tudo que precisávamos para ficar uma noite. Não tem água quente no chuveiro, o que não foi um problema, pois faz muito calor.

Für mich der Perfekte Aufenthalt in San Andres, in eine Ruhige Lage, mit Frühstück, in eine Ruhige Lage abseits der Bars und Clubs zum schlafen wunderbar. Es gibt viel Privatsphäre, und man kann wirklich seine Ruhe haben wenn man es will... Das Personal hat mit ein sehr familiären Gefühl vermittelt... Ich wurde immer wieder kommen... Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super

Para unas pocas noches, apenas lo ofrecido

Las personas de atención y servicio, muy amables todos, el desayuno estuvo bien, calientito y fresco para iniciar los días de trabajo.

Creo que podrían mejorar el aseo en general de todos los espacios, no hubo servicio al cuarto durante mi estancia.

Nice stay in a peaceful place

The hostel is very well located in the city center but in a kind of refuge place. The beach is reached in a short distance. The decoration and common area are beautiful and relaxing. The owner and the staff are attentive and helpful.

Breakfast could be a bit more well served.

Very fine place near the center

Just outside the noisy streets of the city, Posada San Martin offers a convenient location near the restaurants, cafes and beaches of the town of San Andres. My room had a perfectly functioning A/C, small fridge and possible the most comfortable bed of my then two months long Colombian journey. Common area was perfect for online working and the wifi seemed quite good!

The breakfast was okay at best, and the coffee left much to desire. The laundry service was the most expensive I have ever encountered in Colombia, four times as expensive than in Medellin, for example. No big deal though, breakfast places were plenty nearby and clothes became clean.

Nice localisation. Very close to center and airport. Very nice/helpfull client services including a basic breakfast but it remains worthy for the price we pay. We got private room with A/C Window little fridge and tv with several chain list. Bathroom and W/C are public.

Not a good experience at all

Even the hostel is not at the city center and close to the main beach, it is located in a very noisy (and maybe dangerous) zone - with small but loudly local parties in the street at night. We arrived at night and the neighborhood does not to seem so friendly. The main instalations are quite poor, you don't have enough privacy (thin walls and doors and a courtain which does not cover the entire window). Bad bathroom with a pipe coming from the wall to have shower. We barely sleep at the first night due to the loud noises (music and talk) coming from the street and the commom area. Terrible and unstable Wi-Fi. The breakfast is really simple - only an egg, a cup of coffee and an artificial juice. Definitely it does not deserve an avg +8 on Booking. We stayed only for one night even we had a 5-day reservation ahead and went for another hotel.

The breakfast was very enjoyable (arepa, eggs, juice, coffee/hot chocolate). Massimo and other staff members were very friendly and helpful! Sounds of motos, vehicles limited. It was calm. The mattress was very comfy

Basic, and overpriced.

The bed was comfy, and there was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was ok.

Very noisy- I tried napping in the afternoon because I had a headache and there was a worker outside my room using power tools. The power and water went off at 5am and didn’t come back on for ages. The toilet seat was broken and punched by rear when I sat down. Staff seemed irritated.

The place is located near all the action, getting up early to get your boat/breakfast, or going to the club late, was all good!

Good

The rooms are adequate with cold showers which are fine in the hot weather. The bedsheets were stained but probably due to washing powder or conditioner as they smelled clean. The internet was patchy but that’s the same all over the island. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Our only gripe was when we had to leave early and notified them hours after paying for 6 days - there was a point blank refusal to even contemplate returning any money even though our reasons were urgent and medical. This left a sour taste and reflected something of a mercenary attitude.
