We felt very comfortable my partner and I, we stayed 2 nights longer than we planned. The hotel is nice and cozy, super clean. Very good location. The personal is friendly and helpful.
The owner calculated the price from dollars to Chilean pesos by her own rate which was not the actual rate. We realized late, she agreed to give us back the half of the difference, which is my opinion was not fair. The amount was not big but still.
