A beautiful spacious apartment above the canal, extremely clean and so comfortable- perfect home away from home! Great location. Appreciated being met at the Giglio vaporetto stop by Carla who showed us the way and allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment early . Her warmth and hospitality was lovely, explaining how to use the coffee machine, washing machine, windows, shower /hot water etc. Lift to the 3rd floor was a bonus with luggage. Great communication with our host (on WhatsApp) before and during our stay

The apartment is located in a beautiful part of Venice and it is very close to San Marco square and water docks. The building is beautiful and the hall inside the building is stunning
The apartment is very stylish and it has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable
The view from the windows is great with loads of bright light and beautiful sunsets
The host Carla is amazing. I was a bit late for my check in as i got stuck at work but she was very understanding and accommodating
The air con system took a while to cool down the entire apartment and it is a bit noisy but the pedestal fan is super silent and very powerful!

Location.
No supermarkets/groceries in the vicinity. Very very hard bed. A little bit obscure atmosphere inside and old furniture.
The worst experience ever: collecting keys on the other address (we had poor GPS in narrow streets and host Veronica, who didn’t appear on the spot at all, wasn’t enough kind on mobile phone to support us), very stressful!!
