nice and cosy reasonably priced
fridge can do with a clean, location remote so you need a car (which i didnt have but its more a problem with me rather than with the property)

Great location and very affordable.
Unfortunately the walls are paper-thin, and you can hear people from other rooms especially if they are louder than normal.
