Un appartamento dagli spazi molto gradevoli e ben posizionato, vicinissimo ai maggiori punti di interesse di Palermo. Posizione eccellente e possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage interno con un costo extra.

Poltrone e divani erano in stato molto usurato e presentavano molte macchie. Probabilmente non so trattava di sporco vero e proprio ma stonavano un po in un appartamento cosi carino e davano un senso di disagio a sedersi o appoggiarsi. suggerirei ai proprietari di rivestirli o cambiarli per creare un ambiente più accogliente e pulito, anche piu consono al costo dell'appartamento.

Ottima posizione, tutto il meglio di Palermo a portata di mano. Ambiente sicuro per famiglia, piacevole piazzetta con locali serali sottostanti, romantici e non rumorosi. L'appartamento è spazioso ideale per famiglia.

Troppe chiavi da dover gestire, ma d'altra parte trattasi di edificio antico. Consigliamo di cambiare la Tv, bisogna riprogrammare i canali ogni volta che la si spegne. I divani in ingresso e la potroncina gialla, riportano macchie varie, sarebbe meglio dotarli di un copridivano.
