The room was renovated inside (though there were a few things broken). Good quality. The location near the beach is convinient. The food at misso-misso is very good. The staff was polite and helpful.
The price is premium for this room, but you don’t really get the value you expect. Although you sleep literally next to the beach, the room is not overlooking the beach. If you want to go to the beach, the hotel offers the option to rent a sunbed for 60euro plus 40euro minimum consumption, that is 100euro. When you pay 300euros for a room, you’d expect a better deal, ie free sunbeds and sea view. Given everything in the hotel
Is for rent in equivalent terms between external customers
And tenants, I would suggest someone to stay in another room across the street and come here for a day in the beach. The room on its own, although nice, it is definitely overpriced.

Proximity to beach, family suite was really comfortable and spacious
It’s not actually a beach side property in that the restaurant and beach chairs are not part of the hotel. It is really disjointed and you pay for everything as though you’re not a hotel guest. There’s no benefit in being a guest at all and staff are quite rude. The check in time on booking.com was incorrect and it was a very messy check in not getting access to our room till after 5pm.
