The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They provided some nice recommendations. We loved how spacious the accommodation was. The location is everything! Since the accommodation is basically in the main square it does get loud until 2/2:30 AM but if you close the windows and the black out shades it does get a little quieter. Everything is so close: a quaint grocery store, the beach, fruit/veggie stand, shops and restaurants. This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Italy, we would 10000% book this place again and again.
The only true dislike was the beds. They were SO hard that it felt almost like we were sleeping on the floor. Backs definitely hurt the next day. I would highly recommend that the hosts get mattress toppers for each bed as it really is an issue.
Another thing isn't necessarily a dislike but more of an FYI. While the parking is free it is a 15-20 min walk from the accommodation itself. To use this was worth it since we didn't want to pay 20-25 EURO per day.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cardi. We loved the location in the lively piazza and its close proximity to the beach. The apt was immaculately clean and had many amenities. Hope to visit again.

It was very nice, located in the middle of the square, up in Sperlonga.
I would have loved to have had that balcony that the our booking picture showed, cus we were a whole family with a small child not out and around late at night, so to be able to sit there would have been great.
It was very spacious and well maintained. Great kitchen with washing and drying mashine also a dishwasher, we didnt use that, we hand washed.
Andrea was absolutely fantastic as a person and host. He was very attentive and helpful. With anything we needed, at anytime.
Very very hard beds!! Not nice.
The stairs we had to walk up and down from the appartment we stayed and Very narrow like old buildings in Italy have.
We were in Italy for a month so we had big luggages and My husband have an disabled leg so that was a real challenge. And our granddaughter is only 2 not possible to bring a stroller.
It said 50 m to the beach, its 180feet
from sea level. Bird way! :-)
So to the beach, were ever you live up at beautiful old town Sperlonga, you have the ”unluck” to walk those stairs down to the beach and that is a stair walk of approx 15 min. But its also a very beautiful view. :-D
