The breakfast was good and filing.
Very good support from the staff and good communication.
I liked the prompt service even from the senior management while there
The pool was unusable for about 2 days of 3 day stay.
They finished the repairs though and I was able to swim on the last day
It was also under construction with scaffolding of which they explained that Ramadhan is the best time to do repairs and this made sense.

The hotel has the best swimming pool and the option for elevator, staffs are very proactive when applicable.😊
My cons will be mainly the guest rooms. The safe box was locked and when asked the receptionist she said only the manager knows the password thus will be the following day, seriously!!! I had no water to take my shower in the morning neither extra dental kit. Someone delivered water in the small bucket for me to take shower😨😨 Some channels were not working on the TV.
