Super staff and amazing location added with surplous breakfast.

Property location is good, staff is amazing. Need little upgrade on bathrooms.

Very slow at responding to messages, and did not send a car to fetch us from the airport nor did the 3rd bed get made up as requested before hand

Location is good. Breakfast was goods room was clean

In spite of 4 call, no body came to clear the room after dinner. I had to keep all the utensils myself our side the room. That might have created inconvenience to other gusts also. The main door was not closing properly and lock was not working. The bathroom sore was jammed, so O had to call house keeping and then it was repaired.

Everything, I requested for a room decoration which was not done the food was not up to the standards. I won’t mention the person’s name but she confirmed everything before the arrival.

Might stay next bcoz of location & being from known brand however not keen.

Location is good. Cleanliness is fine. Reception staff is good. The lobby is impressive. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good but it was somehow not included in the hotel reservation despite paying a good price. we paid 1100 per person extra for breakfast. Very bad room services, very slow services. We used to call and help used to come in not less than 30 minutes. Worst part was the lukewarm water, the water was not even moderately warm in the washroom. As such no major complains but it was okay.

A part of the hotel is under construction. There is noise during the daytime. The restaurant is also moved due to renovation.

I have stayed here several times. The last stay has given me worst experience.

Location is good.

They did not put on the AC after several requests also. Very uncomfortable night stay. Had no Idea beforehand that renovation works were going on and suffered a lot due to unavailability of many basic facilities and was too much noise outside.
