Location is nice and right by the outlet and with nice options to walk in the nature park , comfortable beds.

the room was located below surface (although with windows) , the restaurant was the biggest disappointment . we used to travel there especially to dine there and it has completely changed and not in a good way. it used to be a flag restaurant

It is in a beautiful setting and has a good chef. Once they realised they had fallen short of the mark (see below) they provided dinner without chaegibgz

The hotel was understaffed. There was no reception on arrival around 1800. The receptionist was doubling making up rooms when we arrived. The dining room and bar staff backed off. After 45 minutes the receptionist returned carrying a duvet. A further room was allocated. It was up a flight of stairs and the keycard did not function. Following our return to reception a further room was allocated - described as an upgrade to Garden Room. It was my wife’s birthday… We had dinner : a 3 course menu for 49 euros. There was obviously a good chef but the service was slow and at times somewhat disinterested culminating in the delivery of deserts different from those we had ordered. By that time my wife had retreated to our room. We checked out before breakfast which we took at a bakery instead.
