Very friendly staff, always tried to care/help.
BEST shower/bathroom we‘ve had.
Large, quite comfortable rooms.
Just some minor things which I just want to mention because the place is not a ‚bargain‘. Maybe the things mentioned can help to improve service:
There was renovation ongoing - thus you don‘t feel on holiday that much.
Only 2 towels, even for ‚pool towels‘ you had to ask.
Breakfast was plenty but the dishes were almost cold because the covers of the food-Containers were always removed by the staff. Breakfast only until 9am.
The place really needs some renovation (which was ongoing while we were there).

the rooms were really nice and the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing. nice pool. air conditioned, very comfortable in the room
the food is greasy and takes ridiculously long to come out. I was sick from their food, so the next day ordered plain rice and sliced apple which took 1 1/2 hours. the day after it took 2 hours for a soda water, grilled cheese and canned chicken soup.
management is as pretty unfriendly and when we booked our tour elsewhere in town, he berated my mum asking her for every detail of who she booked with. very uncomfortable
