Perfect location for exploring Buenos Aires. Loads of great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fantastic.

Likes: Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options,
All our friends were provided room upgrades. We were not even offered a paid upgrade. Our room was smaller than I anticipated and I would have gladly paid for an upgrade. Front desk staff were young and inexperienced and didn't go out of their way to be helpful. Hotel was in the midst of refurbing several rooms on our floor, So lots of noise and paint fumes during the afternoon and early evening when the work crews were present.

Location is perfect, right at the heart of Palermo. Breakfast was also very good, and the room size was perfect for 2 people with a lot of luggage.
The main issue was how noisy it was. We had a room facing the street and we could hear the cars, loud trash trucks and more. We could also hear doors slamming in the hallway, and people talking like they were inside of our room. The cleaning was not very good as well, especially of the bathroom. I checked out the pool at the rooftop and it was quite dirty, impossible to use.
