I loved the location and the area this hostel was in! There was so many different kind of food options near by and small shops — and ofc so many crepe shops! Super friendly and kind staff, I only know English and zero French so it was very helpful that most of the staff knew English and were able to help me out with no judgement!

The location is amazing. The hostel is on a pedestrian street with tons of cafes, restaurants, and stores, offering a wide variety of cuisines & reasonable prices. You can walk to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, and the Latin Quarter. The communal kitchen offers fridge space, a microwave and tea kettle, but no stove. Still, it was enough to prepare breakfast and some other meals My room faced the courtyard which was quieter than facing the street. The travelers I met there were very friendly and thoughtful.
Rooms didn't have enough room for all the suitcases, beds were narrow and mattresses were thin. On my floor (1st) there was only one toilet for 12 people, do it was often full. (Other floors had more toilets.) Typical hostel problems.

Overall, the hostel was decent, with a good location and friendly staff. I also appreciated having a large refrigerator and a microwave available.
However, the biggest downside was the lack of air conditioning. During my stay, temperatures reached around 36°C, and my room was on the top floor, where it was even hotter than outside. After walking around Paris all day in the heat, it was difficult to come back to a room with no way to cool down. There was also no stove available.
