It had just about everything I needed (plus a bit more), for a bargain price. Aircon, fridge, light switch and socket by the bed, mosquito nets on the windows, ensuite bathroom, shelf by the mirror in the bathroom (for my hair clips), comfy bed, spotlessly clean (& cleaned each morning). The staff were lovely, especially the guy who runs it - friendly and so helpful. He spoke a tad fast for me, (as I'm not yet fluent in Spanish), but didn't mind repeating himself. Street parking outside, and a bar (for very chilled beer) about 200m away. So what with free breakfast, & even a full length mirror on the wardrobe door, it really was excellent!
I should have thought to bring a non-slip mat for the floor of the shower, and/or a grab handle, not being as young as I was.

Very friendly owner who speaks little English but gets by with translation app, little gem of a hotel very clean and close to everything would definitely recommend

The hotel was very good value for money. The Arce is maybe the equivalent to the British Bed and Breakfast accommodation. It was very clean though basic. The staff were lovely and friendly. I was there for 5 nights and my bedding was changed twice and towels were changed every other day. The beds were comfortable.
The decor could be a bit more updated but that's just cosmetic. The Breakfast could be a bit more adventurous. But value for money.

Parking close to hotel, staff were friendly and helpful and bed was comfortable enough.
Noise from neighbouring rooms, noise from maintenance, lumpy pillows and noise fridge.
