perfect location, calmness, beautiful garden and pool, the staff is helpful and kind, we couldn't get enough of the view of San Gimignano from our apartment, perfect cleanliness, I can only recommend it to anyone who likes peace and beauty

First of all, the apartment was incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. It had more than enough room for me and my travel companions to spread out and relax. The cleanliness of the apartment was also impeccable, which is always a huge plus for me when I stay at a hotel. The fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic addition, as we were able to cook some of our own meals and save money on dining out. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking - we could see the gorgeous town of San Gimignano from our windows! The hotel's garden was also a lovely touch, providing a serene and peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring the town. The hostess was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And I have to mention the wine - the hostess had her own vineyard, and the selfmade wine was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect way to end a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Gimignano. It's clean, spacious, well-equipped, and run by a fantastic hostess who truly cares about her guests' comfort and enjoyment. I cannot wait to return!

The staff were only available during brief times in the day and did not respond to my calls when I tried after hours. Neighbour's dogs barking from 2am to 7am. We have to take out our own garbage and find a place for it - please this is ridiculous. There are hardly any benches or desks in bedroom to lay suitcase or other items. They state 15 min walk to San G - I do not see how this is possible. Dated decor - for the price I was expecting much more.

amazing location, gorgeous villa, the view is stunning and the staff is very helpful and super nice, plus this is a VERY dog-friendly place, highly recommend! kitchen has all you need, bed was super comfortable, there are many parking places, also the pool was awesome

sadly, the water pressure in the shower was quiet bad and there are no window nets - you will have many mosquito friends inside :)

amazing staff, very helpful. The views are breathtaking and there is a back path making it very easy to get to town walking. pool is great and you can spend a lot of time outside and everything is super clean and very comfortable.
