Location and cleanliness

There restaurant is not open Sunday and Monday and the breakfast was just ok also you had to pay extra for coffee

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great too!

The room was decent and the facilities were adequate. The room was quite warm, so we didn’t need to use the heater, and the bedding was comfortable. However, some of the towels, particularly the hand towels, were stained, which was disappointing. The breakfast spread was good but not as impressive as some of the reviews suggested. It was decent enough overall, but the breakfast area was far too crowded. There were clearly more guests than the facilities could comfortably accommodate, and we had to wait for a table. As checkout was around the same time, the combination of the crowds and waiting made the morning feel quite rushed, which I didn’t particularly enjoy. Overall, the room itself was good and our stay was reasonably comfortable, but the breakfast experience and overcrowding could be improved.

No exhaust fan in ensuite, need a lot of maintenance eg. cladding fixed, carpets re done, and a little sound proofing from the hallways would have been extra relaxing. Was advertised as a 5 star accommodation however was no room service, no book for local attractions etc.
